Policies & Requirements
We require all new clients to schedule a daycare appointment for their pet to ensure they are comfortable with the environment. Please call to schedule your appointment today – (239) 939-3647 (DOGS).
Verification of vaccines is required before ANY PET enters the resort. We prefer to contact your vet directly to obtain your pets records. We require the following:
- Distemper/Parvo Virus
- Proof of Flea and Tick prevention
We have been notified by the veterinary community that there is a new airborne, upper respiratory virus going around. We take these measures to keep this virus out of our pet resort:
- We exchange internal air 4x per hour
- Our oversized garage door is open at least 10 hours a day to allow fresh air in
- We have installed huge ceiling fans that keep the fresh air circulating constantly
- Our cleaning protocols are rigorous and pets do not share bedding, dishes, toys etc
Even with all of that, there is no guarantee that viruses won’t be brought in by one of our guests. However, so far, our measures have worked and the new virus has not found its way into our pet resort. Pet owners should exercise caution when visiting dog parks and doggie events where un-vaccinated canines may frequent. To protect your pet further, we recommend heartworm and fecal testing according to the schedule recommended by your veterinarian.
We are open 24/7. Pet pickup and drop off is available ANY TIME day or night.
Our lobby is closed on the following national holidays, however pet drop off and pickup will be accommodated with a $10.00 convenience fee.
